Shipment Damages
- Woomi Haus (Gain Ground Pte. Ltd.) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Lost Packages
- If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at gaingroundsg@gmail.com within 5 days. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue, but please note that Woomi Haus (Gain Ground Pte. Ltd.) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

Woomi Haus (Gain Ground Pte. Ltd.) is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package is delivered to the logistics courier.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
