Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original unsealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at gaingroundsg@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

We will assess the issue and offer either a replacement or store credit as needed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, you will need to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return is approved or denied. If approved, a refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
Refund Processing Time:
Store credit will be available in your account within 3-5 business days after approval. If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at gaingroundsg@gmail.com.
